NEGOU Ernest is a Lecturer of Business Administration particularly Management and Marketing at the University of Buea. He has particular interest in the management of organisations in Cameroon and in Sub Saharan Africa. He facilitates courses in a distance learning programme at the university of Montpellier, France.
He is writing his thesis on succession management in family businesses. At the same time he is writing articles on international marketing and development, tribal marketing and on the Cameroonian management style.
He has national and international professional experience as he worked in some Cameroonian firms such as AGP and Co Consulting, GCI air conditioning, and in some renowned international companies such as Mercedes, Goodyear Dunlop and Kaufland. He has been teaching as Part-time Lecturer at the University of Buea for 6 years before being integrated as a permanent staff in the same institution since 2015.
He has computer knowledge and can write, speak and understand English, French and German.
Teaching is his passion.
