Sophie Ekume Etomes is an Instructor in Educational Administration. She has particular interest in teachers’ productivity and overall school productivity, also interested in adult education, principalship and secondary school management. This interest pushed her to gather experience in the field of educational administration and management, specifically as a teacher and principal in Association for Development, Communication and Environment (ADCOME) IT Academy, Buea and Executive Assistant to the Provost in Catholic University Institute of Buea.
Since 2003, she has been the Education and Training Officer for Forest and Environmental Progaramme for Sustainable Development (FOEBSUD), Limbe, educating women of the value of education for their children and adult education programmes for farmers. This is done yearly after research work on the area and people concerned for the seminars and workshops to be effective.
She is a current Ph.D students carrying out research on Human Resource Management And Teachers’ Productivity and Government Secondary General Education. This research is aimed at providing information of how teachers can be properly managed for improved teachers’ productivity and overall educational productivity.
