Sim\u00e9on Boris Ngu\u00e9han is a Sociocognitive Psychologist and a School Psychologist while being an Assistant Lecturer. His field of specialization is that of identities and particularly social identities processes and strategies applied to education.
\nHis PhD thesis (nearing completion) focuses on the theme: Influence of social identities and identity strategies for secondary school learners: an ego-ecological comparative approach of urban and rural areas. This research explores the interaction of adolescents and their living environments in terms of social representations, the meanings attached to these affiliations and the impact of these representations on their schooling.
\nAs a Consultant, he conducted numerous environmental and social impact surveys.
\nHe is an associate of the Applied Psychology and Behavioural Sciences Laboratory of the University Douala (LAPSA).
\nSocial sciences research methodologist, and expert in quantitative data processing using software such as SPSS.
\nPractitioner for nearly a decade in assisting pupils with learning difficulties following cognitive behavioral approach.
