Comfort O. Ojongnkpot is a Senior Lecture of English Language and Applied Linguistics particularly in Second language teaching \/ learning and language and society. She has particular interest in language across the life spans in Cameroon and Africa. She has presented a number of papers in conferences in Cameroon, Africa, Europe, America and Asia. She has published two papers and four are in the pipeline. Comfort has supervised over fifty Undergraduate projects(Long Essays). Her versatility has enabled her to be a beneficiary of a number of awards for enhancement of her research activities.
\nHer current research studies are based on the impact of urban Youth Language, accomplishing scientific writing by undergraduates and teaching of the Ejagham language. She has been very dedicated in training and forming the minds of young undergraduate as illustrated in the courses she teaches and long essays she supervises.
\nSince 2010 she has been in the University of Buea, after having taught as a trained High school teacher for thirteen years. Based on her recent promotion to the rank of Senior Lecturer, she has just been accredited to teach Post Graduate Courses. Hopefully, she will in the days ahead be introduced to post-graduate supervision.<\/p>\n
