Téclaire Félicité Epongo is an Assistant Lecturer of French Language and particularly Teaching Foreign/Second Languages. She has particular interest within the teaching of French to non-francophone students.
She is currently writing her Doctorat on the Teaching of French to Anglophones in the Anglophone zone. She has published an article on the same topic in 2012 and is looking forward to investigate this field that passionates her. She is mostly interested in the impact of the sociolinguistic specificity of the anglophone area in the success or failure of the teaching process.
Still as a student, she has contributed a great deal in the reforms and of the Functional French Program at the University of Buea. She is looking forward for better guidelines to insure an “Official Bilinguism” that takes into consideration the languages of the populations.
She speaks French, English, Duala, Mbô
